hello sir I"m applied for study permit from Pakistan in Islamabad high commission office sir I submitted my application on 23 November 2016 and my intake is5 Jan 2017 in international college of Manitoba of UOM.sir plse guide me can have any chance to get visa before my intake or have any chance to get visa within December ?? Thanks

Quoted processing time is 7 weeks for Pakistan applications so think it is unlikely to assume any earlier, could happen but unlikely . http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp
