Hi everyone ,

I'm 29 years all from Egypt. I'm an English teacher graduated from faculty of arts English department . I applied for brock university, faculty of education teacher education 2 year program . I got the offer letter , paid the 1st deposit , got the acceptance letter and then applied for the study permit one week ago. My question here is : I listen from ppl who had bad bad experience with the visa office or even the Canadian embassy in Cairo that they never ever allow student visa to Egyptians !!!
I have presented the following documents :
1) Birth certificate
2) Graduation certificate
3) personal ID
4) My car license as an asset
5) Cover letter from the school where I work declaring that I will be allowed unpaid 2 year leave
6) My contract
7) Insurance letter
8) Salary Details
9) bank statement under my name ( small amount of money )
10) Bank statement under my uncle's name as he is the one responsible for my tuitions and any financial needs. ( very sufficient amount of money and active business account )
11) His ID Tax
12) His commercial register
13) A letter from my uncle confirming that he's ready to pay all expenses .
14) Brock university offer letter , Receipt of payment and acceptance letter.
I'm really worried about the reply , but I can see that it makes sense as I'm planning to study something related to my field of education and my job . I have got all the evidence that show them I'm coming back and I have ties at all in Canada , not even a friend !!!
I just fear if any misspelt word in the translation of the documents or my photo passport as my hair covers my ears ( I presented 2 photos while my ears where clear & I was taken a photo as well the finger print )
Please I need to know your opinion in this as I can't wait till I get the reply. Does it make sense to the visa officer to be approved or it makes sense to be rejected ?

Just wondering what's the connection between your ears and study permit!

What you have mentioned, only point 10 is enough to decide your application outcome. Its up to VO to decide if sponsorship from uncle is enough.
