hi.. i am international student in canada. and due to some family problem i have to move back to my country. but if i have to return in canada. can i come on to the same study permit.

yes if your study permit & TRV is valid then you can.. otherwise you have to apply for a new study permit..

You can return back as a visitor provided your TRV is valid. Your SP will be invalid after 90 days.
