Study permit while working

I am living in Canada since February 2013 , I have a work permit for 3 years.
I would like to apply for permanent resident after one year of working in Canada .

I applied for studies in CGA program and was accepted .

The questions are:

1. Can I issue a study permit while I am working and have a work permit, If yes, what is the process ?
2. Assuming i'll get the study permit, ins't it canceling my work permit and my work experience in
Canada ?
3. Will i still be allowed to file for permanent resident base on my work experience ?

Please help me ?
