Good day, my name is micheala roland i got denied september 6th 2024 the reasons stated below:
Limited evidence pertaining to the source on stated funds. Bank statement shows lump sum deposits with pre existing low balances, source of funds poorly documented and there is insufficient evidence showing how these funds were accumlated.
NOTE: My sponspor didnt use his salary account for proof of funds he used an account which he just used for savings but not for transaction.

Pls, i need advice on what to do for my reapplication.
Thank you.

Was that the only reason for refusal? You cannot just dump funds in your account without documentation.

How was the source of funds documented? What evidence was provided exactly?

The POF was a loan from bank but not explanied, i provided my sponsors job offer letter that explains his annual income and i also provided a deed of gift from my mother.

The large sum was a loan borrowed from the bank he use
but i didnt explain it.
So you need an authentic paper trail from your sponsor taking out the money from his account to your account. If it was a loan from his bank then again need documentation too. Also need documentation on the relationship with your sponsor. How long is program? If over a year, you need to submit documentation on how you will pay for the other years.

I don't think you will be able to get a study permit approved under these circumstances. To reapply, you will need to provide evidence of where these funds came from. If the funds came from a loan, this shows your sponsor doesn't actually have the money to support your studies.

Wait a few years, save enough money yourself to cover your studies, and then reapply.
