thanks. can you give me any advice about how should I write my letter of explanation? my reason was that dental hygiene focus much more on prevention and I didn't study it during college, so I need this to better my current employment situation and also to teach this program when I return.
Study permit was refused, can anyone help me for second apply?

Current employment situation means VO is not satisfied regarding your previous employment history in your home country. To overcome this show more paper work regarding any solo/company funded projects done overtime along your career highlighting the progression and how it has given you knowledge against experience overtime similar to a rise in designation.
For purpose of visit/future employment you need to highlight the career prospects with respect to progression after completion surpassing your previous with a very detailed study plan.

VO has not mentioned anything about the course in the refusal letter.
Refusal is not about the proposed course. As long its a PGD its fine and should do the job. However masters is still a better option.
Focus on the reasons mentioned alone and you can overcome if the rebuttals are presented in a way that impresses the VO.

thanks. So I should give a letter of recommendation from my current employer and my plan for the future employment. can I ask my employer to write that he will rehire me when I return and give me a raise too? also i plan on teaching dental hygiene when i return, should i write that in my SOP ?
Yes you can do that. Academia career prospect is hated by VOs due to unknown reasons so better avoid it.
Thanks a lot. can I just say I hope to get a teaching job 5-10 years after I finished my studies and are more experienced? also in my field practical courses are very common, they are usually short between 5-10 days,so can I say I hope to give these lessons when I return or that count as full time teaching too?
