I am in Canada on study permit and my husband is on open work permit. My husband got a community recommendation for RNIP and we are planning to lodge our work permit applications as soon as our PR application is submitted. My question is my winter semester starts in January and if I pay now and enroll for winter semester and if my work permit is approved I can not study any more and I'm going to lose the money I paid. If I apply for work permit and stay without studying what are the consequences? What is the best thing I should do? I have already taken an authorized leave due to pregnancy, therefore I don't know if I am able to take another authorized leave. Please advice. Thanks.
