Hi, I am in the US now and I applied for the study permit on 1.8.2021 but received a status change email on 3.8.2021---"canceled" without an explanation letter. I waited another month till now still got nothing updated. What should I do?..................

Did you pay the application fee? For a cancellation to happen so quickly that would be one of my first thoughts. Was your bank aware that you were making a foreign transaction in Canada? That can be one of the issues.
What are you waiting for? Your application is canceled. You will need to apply with a new one.
