Study Permit + SOWP Together in SDS

Hi All,

My wife got admitted in northeaster University Toronto campus in master's of science in project management for Jan 2024 intake.
We are paying fees of for first year as per invoice of University of around 28k CAD
And GIC of 10k CAD.
These are being paid by education loan.
My wife is IT professional with 4 years of work experience and I am in e-commerce website management however I am only high school graduate. ( Didn't completed my degree)

We are planning to apply together in SDS category our marriage is more than 1 year old and we have total funds of around 10 lacs in our account around 17k CAD. Will this be enough. Can we apply together.

Please help us. Experienced opinion will be much appreciated.

Move all funds to a joint account and show a Bank Balance Certificate from India. Make a Net worth report from a CA and attach it

What do you do in India? Show your Employment information & 6 months bank balance and pay slips
Establish your relationship given it is new
Show proper home ties for both of you to come back to India
Can we apply together. Yes you can apply together

Applications as a family are always 50-50 Some people get approved while some get rejected

Will open joint account and transfer the funds, New funds are often considered risky. So make sure the funds are sitting there for some time before you apply and explain it properly to avoid refusal
