I applied for and have been waiting for my CAQ approval since 4 Apr 2022 and it is getting very late, as I still have to apply for the Study Permit after I receive the CAQ approval. The average time for Study Permit processing is 12 weeks, so I do not think I can make it for Fall 2022, unless the Singapore Visa Office processing time is <10 weeks. If I were to make it in time for Fall 2022, I have to land in Montreal by 30 Sept 2022 to submit my documents (although application for deferment is by 21 Sept 2022, so I need to make a decision by 21 Sept 2022 if I want to defer).
Should I postpone my admission to Fall 2023? What are the other options I have?
