I applied my study permit (SDS stream) on 17 April and completed biometrics on 19 April. However until now I still cannot login to the Application Tracker Website ( https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en ). Meaning when I create a new account, entering my UCI, Application Number, and so on, and click "Next Step" button, it just stops there without performing any action or showing error message. (I uploaded a video capture here: https://youtube.com/shorts/Uw-KcvgLOSY?feature=share )

Anyone facing the same issue? :(

May I ask when you submitted your study permit application pls? Here's mine:
17 April: Submit SDS
19 April: Complete biometrics
No update since then.

For the tracker website, I saw there's one reason they mentioned that: "Your application isn’t in our system yet. It can take some time before we enter your information in our system. Once we do, you’ll be able to create an account."

But mine submitted like 9 days ago already T_T How about you?
 
Hello, I`m facing the same, I did my application on Jun 14, but until now I cant log in this tracker, someone with this same situation?

Where you able to create? What did you do to rectify it? Was your visa approved? I am having same issue now and I applied 7 weeks ago. The “next step” never goes through. What is the solution please?
