STUDY PERMIT RENEWAL JUNE 2020

My friend applied for study permit extension on 25th May and got approval on 31st August.
I applied on 23rd June and eagerly waiting.
 
I applied for study permit extension on 25th June without biometrics and got approval today on 10th September.

I received approval today.

Here is my timeline:
Applied 23rd June
Received BIL 24th June
Status changed to submitted 23rd July
Received Approval 14th September

Well my sister finally got her application response- she came to Canada in 2014 January. But when she got here she didn’t go to school. Until 2015. She has been in school since 2017 and currently in her final year. However they are requesting for a transcript between 2014-2015 or a resonable explanation to why she doesn’t have it.
She didn’t go because she had culture shock when she came .
I’m currently looking for a reasonable explanation that will convince the officer so she can get her study permit renewed.
