hey there,
I am trying to make sense of my application for a study permit was rejected. I am intending to be an exchange student there from Sept 2019 to May 2020. My passport runs until November 2020. All my documents are in order.
The visa officer stated their reason to fail my application as,'You have not produced evidence that you are in possession of a passport and that it is valid for the duration of your stay in Canada.'. I don't understand how they could fail it on this.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I wish to appeal the decision but not sure how to.
Thanks,
