Hi, my nephews came to Canada as a visitor on November 2018. Both brothers applied for study permit, one of them got approved and the other one got denied! They sed that this application needs to be done outside the country. I was confused why it worked for one and not for the other when both applied for the same program. They applied for ESL so that they can improve their english because their IELTS score was not high enough for their program which is one year plumbing at Sheridan College. To find out I reached for help at MP office. They told me that the reason was that his English scores were not high enough for his program!! Which did not make sense! They gave him 90 days to apply. He applied as advised and also included a letter of explanation and a letter from MP Office. His application got refused again saying that he applied late he should have applied before he reached 6 months in Canada!! It’s like they didn’t see this is his second application and the reason he is applying again when everything was explained in details. I really need to know what to do! Should he reapply again? He doesn’t want to ruin his 10 year visitor visa.
