Study Permit refused second time

First of all let me explain my background;
I am a Pakistani national living in Libya and i completed my bachelors degree in computer with 76% and IELTS band 6.5 overall. i have no gap in studies as i did certification along i submit my visa application. i applied for software engineering in Sheridan College and got admission letter and paid my first semester fee as well.

Afterwards, i applied for my study permit online while living in Libya and my father was my sponsor for my living and study expense while he wrote an affidavit to proof it, after 2 and half month my application was rejected based on the following reasons,

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

Than i took a month gap and i wrote a strong SOP and explanations based on my current employment status and my father wrote 2 strong affidavit's one stating that i will return back to my country of residence and other one for financial support. moreover, my father also attached his assets (properties) which are in Pakistan just a clarification that we are financially well off.

Since, i was running out of time to catch up my classes which are going to commence in January for the reason that i have to do medical examination therefore i ask IRCC about my application Status 2 days ago and just yesterday my application was rejected based on the below reason;
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Now i am confused why they have rejected my application as the bank statement was the same one which i used for my previous application but at that time they don't have any objection with it now they have.
in addition, is it because i ask them about the application status and they reject it the next day which was very disappointing.

can you advise me what went wrong. Should i reapply or not based on the full background history

Would order CAIPS to get the full reason for rejections. They may not always cross off all the relevant boxes. I see a few problems. You have an undergrad in CS yet you are applying for a software program. Was there not overlap between these programs? The fact that you are Pakistani but living in Libya creates concerns about ties t9 your home country. It is hard to prove that you will return to live in Pakistan when you haven’t been living there. There is also the concern that you will try to claim asylum if you have been living in Libya even though you would also have to prove why you couldn’t live in Pakistan. Since you have already applied twice you should really focus on addressing the issues addressed in CAIPS before applying again even if it means not being able to start in January. Would contact the school about deferring admission until the next term,
