i am providing you my past experience with my visa application and refusal reasons .
kindly understand my situation . I have already deferred my offer letter for the next term so I have (approx)7 months of time (fall'16).

--- I received my Acceptance from University of Windsor on 6th nov '15 for Winter 2016 term for Master of Applied Computing.
--- I paid my 1st term fees .
--- made a Gic Account in Scotia bank.
--- put my father as my sponser
-- applied for visa on 1st dec .
i included , the fees receipt (11350 cad) , Gic certificate (10000cad) , cash strength of 14000cad (equv) , and also some Fds at my home country.along with father tax statement and other required thing.

on 18th of dec i got the refusal.

reasons declared :
1. I have not satisfied visa officer that I would leave Canada at the end of my stay as a temporary resident
Several factors were considered:
- Purpose of visit
2. other reasons:
- Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications,
previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

That was all,no other point was checked , nothing with medical, criminal or financial history .

after reviewing the letter , and surf through these forums what I realized , I have not put any of my ancestral property detail in the application as they might want for home tie. or one more reason could be I completed my bachelor of technology (computer science engineering) on nov'2011 after that I have never joined a proper it firm.. always went with freelance works (web site developing , designing, some times photography). after 2 - 3 years I realized i have the hands on experience .. but nothing in documents that can be a testimony. so i now have to opt for any interview as a non experienced person(that also with 4 years gap) hence I took the decision of higher study so I can up skill myself, upgrade my resume. this education will also give me a fresh graduate student image too, unlike now .and I can come back to my country and apply for better jobs with a more solid resume.
p.s: I have not mention these all in any explanation letter in my former application.(as that was optional)

I live with my dad only . One of the biggest reason of choosing mac was also that as its a 16 month course , that's way shorter than an
Canadian M.S or any master degree in my home country .. so I can return home earlier in this case of MAC than any other .

and I will be staying and studying there with my own funds.. no loans.. no liabilities for which some may need to stay there and earn cads for repaying .

now I am not clear about what to add in my next application ! should I just go with another application .. this time explaining all these plans and points ? or join a firm work there for 5 6 months .. and then apply .. so they wont think .. I am going there for unemployment in my home country.??

plz help me.. i have already put more than 1 year in this process... Dont wanna bail out now..

thanks .

You need a certified educational loan. Father as a sponsor, cash on hand, ancestral properties, CA evaluation, Parent's ITR, FD and even your horoscope won't work (India). Why add 'unnecessary' documents when clearly not mentioned in the checklist (India).

what do you mean by horoscope !! :o
and about those unnecessary documents, its because of my consultant (Canam kolkata)..i blame myself too for relying too much on them.all they kept saying more docs means more clarified application

just tell me one thing.. not having a proper working experience , is that be an issue for study permit???
else i ll apply again (by myself, online) in a month or two with only docs that are asked at the online application page .. along with an explanation letter, this time stating everything.

please gimme some solid serious suggestion...
I am really perplexed about what to do next how to proceed by myself.

Can you prove that you have worked as freelance.
ex: a letter from your clients or any payment receipt that you were hired etc

you should provide any physical proofs (as much as you can) that you have experience in the field that you wanna study in Canada.

What as your IELTS score in each of the four categories - that may be part of the issue.
