Study permit refusal

I got refusal on three points:
It says "not satisfied that you will leave Canada...based on"
1. Immigration status
2. Family ties in Canada and country of residence
3. Purpose of your visit.

Can someone tell me what satisfies these? I particularly have two issues
1. As an international student, do I need to prove family ties
2. Is purpose of visit not obvious from the admission letter?

For info, I live outside of my country of citizenship

What country are you in, and under what status? I was refused for the same reason, not satisfying that I would leave Canada based on immigration status. Do you know what that means, and how to satisfy?
