I applied for student visa through offline on November 13th 2018 and i linked my application to online through GC KEY and checked my application status.
The status indicates that WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR APPLICATION WAS REFUSED BECAUSE OF ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS.
Can anyone help me out with this what is the exact reason and what is the next step should i take?
Thanks in advance.

Need more information. What documents did you provide? Where are you from? what course and college? What is your education? This forum is not affiliated to the CIC.

PTE is not well regarded by VO's. Secondly level of your course ; Was it PG level. Did you submit a SOP with valid reason for course, why Canada and plan to come back to home country after course completion. Order CAIPS notes for better understanding of refusal reasons.
