I have got study permit refusal for the following reasons:-

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

• Consider paying first year tuition expenses up front; and
consider improving your English Language proficiency skills in Bangladesh.

I had applied study permit for U1 of university of Manitoba. I didn't provided any SOP with the application. I am thinking that's why I have got the first 3 reasons. Will giving proper explanation and SOP will be enough for first 3 reasons? The last reason is interesting. My university didn't wanted payment upfront but cic is telling me to consider about that. I have showed Bank Balance+FD of about CAD 1,00,000. My ielts score was 6.5 which was the requirement from the university. Then, they told me to improve my English proficiency skills. Now I am planning to apply again paying the tuition upfront and SOP. Should I do anything else before applying again?
