Hi everyone
My son is going to study grade 10 in Vancouver but the study permit was refused for the following reasons :
- family ties in Canada and in country of residence
- purpose of visit
For purpose of visit, I'm going to reapply with a detailed study plan (which was not submitted in the first application)
But for family ties, I really wonder what can I do. As my son is still a minor, he needs a custodian in Canada and it will be my sister in law. If this is this tie that the immigration officer thinks my son will not leave Canada after study, what can I do to convince him? Because when I reapply the case, my sister in law will still be his custodian and this is something I cannot change or hide.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
Thanks a lot !
