Hi ,

I am a turkish citizen with a visitors visa for 5 years. My visa is multiple entry.

First i came to Montreal for 10 days and left and again after a month i came again and was staying there.

While i was there i was studying french in a language school and then i started studying in Mcgill University for french.

I was studying without a study permit as i am allowed to do that less than 6 months. When my 6 months was about to finish , i applied to extend my stay and also applied for a Study Permit. I had my CAQ and the acceptance letter. I was doing all my files with an Immigration Consultant and she told me that i dont have to put everything in my file. She just wanted me to add my parents bank statements and that would be enough. The total lenght of my stay was 10 months with my extentions and everything.

And after , my Study Permit was refused for these two reasons.

" We are not satisfied that you will leave after your studies and that you do not have enough funds to cover your life and studies while you are staying here."

So i knew that my consultant was not the right person to do my files so i went to a lawyer.

We applied to the court and got the notes from the officer. As the result they thought i dont have enough to cover my expenses...

Again this time we applied with a really strong file showing everything they asked for... Even my whatsapp calls with my family. And i am an only child. My father owns a company and i am the only one who will take care of it after. And i have other things to prove that i will be coming back to my country after my stay.

But the program i was admitted into was just an Intensive French Program for a year. It wasnt a college or a university program.

Again my study permit got refused and this time the only reason was :

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the length of your proposed stay in Canada.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

Now , i want to apply for a 3 years College Diploma program in a famous College in Montreal. But i am worried to get another refusal.

Please , is there anything i can do or add to my file to prove that i will be coming back to my country after my stay?

Thanks!!

Where are you right now? You probably need to go back home and stay there for a while to build some stronger ties to your home country.
Right now it looks like you came to Canada under false pretences.

I am in Turkey right now and also i was back here when i got my study permit refusal.

I will be applying again after i get my acceptance letter and i will be still in Turkey but what else i can do..?
