Study permit reapplication after refusal

Hi,
If your visa is refused for course mismatch how should we reapply - by changing a more aligned course or explaining the same course better in SoP? My background: applied for study permit for Jan 2022 intake. Got refused with the reason that i may not leave Canada on the basis of purpose of visit. I see only two reasons here - either ties with home country is not well explained or the course is not well explained. I have bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass communications and taking PGDM in Human resource management. A bit offbeat but I have reasons why it can be helpful. Need guidance please, want to get through next time.

Did you order GCMS notes because purpose of visit can mean many things. Do you have any HR experience? This is what you need to show (if that is a reason for refusal).

Thanks for the response. Yes, i have ordered for CAIPS report. I have a short internship in HR during summer holidays.
