study permit processing time

I am from Bangladesh.I apply for my study permit by (use of representative) on 4 july 2018 . give my biometric on 7th july....got my medical test request from embassy on 6th august....it takes almost 33 days for medical request..but visa procesing time for Bangladesh is 5 weeks(35 days)......my class will began on 30th august 2018...i am in tensed for this.. how much time it will take from now to approve my study permit?? ...

The process time is average and by no means does it guarantee that your case will be processed in this time. I would suggest you to look into deferring the semester if you dont get a visa within a fortnight.
