Study Permit Online Application

Need help~!

I am now an international student in United States and I will graduate in October. I wanna go to Canada for further study after my graduation so I begin applying a study permit now. But I am not sure whether I am eligible for online application, since first, I am not in my home country right now and second, I am still a student in US.

Is there anyone who has the same situation as me? Or have any idea about my case??
