I recently applied to a PGD at George Brown College which is mostly (90%) web based. I would be expected to take just 1 course in-class for 2 of the 3 semesters. Could this possibly be a sticking point with the Visa Officer in applying for a Study Permit?
On their part, GBC have cautioned me that because of the high % of online delivery, I might not be eligible for a Post-Graduate Work Permit. The program seems to be open to international students otherwise.
