[Study permit] My POE has wrong medical examination validity date what should I do?

It was issued on September 9th 2024 and LOI validity date is 2027/11/01. However, my medical examination validity date is 2024/07/12. This makes no sense because during the process IRCC required me update medical examination so I got it on August 22nd 2024 and the e-mail said I passed it. I also have e-certification for my medical examination as well. I mean does it make sense? I got this letter on September 9th and then my medical examination date is already passed. I don't know what's going on. I asked at the webform twice but have been waiting for repsonses more than two months.
