I was rejected a study permit for Canada last month. I have to reply the visa now but I don't have a copy of my medical results. Can I still go ahead and apply for the visa, or I need a new medical results?

Your doctor can send them again if necessary but your medical results should be in your file and should be valid for a year.

I did the medicals from a different country. I don't have access to the hospital again. and also I need to upload the medicals before the site will allow me pay for the application fee.
