Its not like that. I studied arround 100 cases for judicial review. I can say the average success is 30 to 40 percent even may less. Lawyers are not guarantee for successful JR because they dont spend much time on our cases. I have seen some bad stories where judicial review should be successful but lawyers mistakes ended judicial reviews as dismissed in court

Hi everyone! I just want to update about my JR last April 13th under H&C.positive for me the judge sent my application to a new officer for redetermination. My lawyer is asking me to provide additional supporting documents for the negative decision of the first officer.
