Study Permit Inquiry about Canada

Honorable sir,

I have completed my Degree pharmacy course from India with good marks. But, unfortunately, i get 5.5 Band Overall in IELTS Exam.

So, can i apply for the diploma course under or Non spp study permit ?

Please guide me sir....
