Applied on 11 Oct for 2021 Jan intake, Medical 27 Sep, Biometrics 15 Oct.....Still waiting, Status under review.

Can you advise me.. I have got an offer for Jan 22 intake.. Currently work in Qatar and home country is Sri Lanka... Can you suggest me..
01. from where I need to apply the visa ( Sri Lanka or Qatar )
02. In the visa form, the current country of residence is Qatar or Sri Lanka ( Since My many freinds suggesting to put Sri Lanka even through I currently live in Qatar.
