Hi! I have a few qs regarding study visa process.
1) I'm applying to university of regina as a transfer student, and my dad (on a work permit in CA) is going to financially support me. If he pays the 1year tuition fee to my uni and also buys the GIC cert, how much separate balance does he still need to show in his bank?
2) Do i need to do a medical before i submit the visa application or afterwards?
3) Where does the file go to be processed? Is the office in Islamabad, Abu dhabi, or New Delhi?
