Many people are waiting for May intake from 2023. Few would have applied with unconditional offer for Sept 2024 intake. What is the DLI?

I am on the same boat.I submitted my application through SDS stream in 12/2023, did biometric on 5th jan 2024 for fall intake 2024, most of my friends got their visa but I have not received final decision
