Hi - i had applied for the Study permit for my two children via VFS Bangalore (I already received OWP stamping). Within a week of applying, they sent the medical request via email, whcih we complted for the children. Within next 2 days, we received the SMS telling to collect the passport. There was no mail whether it was approved or rejected, etc.

When i went to VFS and collected the passport, i saw that there was no stamping, but instead they sent the passports + the Medical Request form again!!

I am bit confused here. When i checked the hospital, they confirmed that the results have been uploaded to CIC website already. I am not undersatnding what is CHC, ND trying to tell me.

SHould i do the medical again? Is it refused? There is no other letter other than the medical form. There is no way to communicate with them. Its a one-way communication. I dont know what to do and i am little disappointed the way CHC works.

Does anyone have any idea what i am supposed to do?

Hi ,I also have applied for my daughter study permit & spouse open work permit, but in Bangladesh. Can u pls inform what happened next after getting medical form again from vfs??

thank you

You have to inform CHC that you completed medicals through email and scanned copy of the medical receipt.

Hello,

Could you please share the dates, date when you completed the medical for your kids and date when sms was received. I think it's just some mess from CHC side but you shouldn't be disappointed. It's not one way communication with CHC, yes writing an email or faxing them will take long time for a revert. There have been cases where people approached CHC delhi directly and got the solution. I would suggest, Unless you have plenty of time to plan your travel, visit CHC and sort it out. When you visit CHC, do carry the receipt copies you recieved from Hospital (I believe it must be from Fortis hospital).

Cheers!

and yeah sorry forgot to inform you that on Monday, CHC won't operate due to strike and this strike when declared wasn't declared with end date. Hence, it could last for two or more days.
