Study permit for MBA after Btech ?

I have completed my B.Tech from NIT Allahabad. Now I am planning to apply for my MBA at Thompson River University. Will the fact that I did an engineering course in my undergrad and now planning for mba be an issue in my study visa?... And also what can i do to mend it?

No it is quite common to do an MBA after a 4 year bachelor of engineering. Would strongly encourage you to look at another school. Most Canadian employers will have not heard of TRU and quality is not good.

Thanks a lot for the input, but my main concern is work experience.... There are no other schools offering mba without experience... and as for masters in computer science, i dont think that is necessary if i am not opting to go for teaching or research.... can you suggest any other courses in general or in management that does not require a work experience apart from computer science?
