I applied for student visa on Sep 30th for Jan 2020 intake, and did my biometric next day also my file got updated with biometrics number, there was no update till Oct 28th when my status changed to Submitted with message of "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details". I don't know what to do next, as it has already been almost 5 weeks since I have applied and the processing time for my country is 3 weeks. Please advice.
