Study permit for International Student with spouse

Hi,

My boyfriend has been admitted for his studies in Toronto for Masters degree. We want to apply for the student permit together. In order to have me in the application as spouse we plan to get married in Canada on visitor visa before his session starts in Sept 2019. We are currently based in UAE but we wish to have marriage papers done in Canada.

Is this a feasible option given the timelines and official guidelines? Please suggest.
