Me and my wife have both got admission (with full financial support) in Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) in PhD. We have two children under 4yrs and we now need to apply for study permit. Who would be the principal applicant? I also have taken my MSc from MUN last year but my wife has taken her last degree (MPhil) from Pakistan, though she has international publications (me too) and took TOEFL iBT with overall score of 72 last year. Do I need to put her TOEFL score in Study Permit application? Do I need to show the list of international publications in Study Permit applications? Do I require the TOEFL too? Kindly reply as I need to submit study permit application asap.
