I am an Indian citizen and in my final semester of undergrad. My results of 8th semester is still not out. So even I don't have a provisional degree . Can I apply for visa? If so how? All consultants in my city are telling that without that I can't apply. But I don't believe so. Isn't there a way for university students apart from SDS? have admit from a University for master's course!
