Study Permit Fee

Good day!! I just had a message from the embassy wherein I was asked to submit a police clearance to continue processing and now I have uploaded it.. My concern is that as I proceed the website is asking me to pay my study permit fee and biometrics fee when in fact i have already paid those when i lodged my application last April 8 . Should I pay it again?? or just leave it??

can you attach the payment confirmation in the system?
i dont think you should pay it again, maybe just send them the payment confirmation and have them apply it

attach it together with my police clearance certificate?? because there's only one row where i can upload my document coz this is the only document that they requested
