Study permit extention questions

Currently. I have a study permit, but the expiry date is july.2016

My acceptance letter shows that my course(3 semesters) will be completed at August.2016

I also want to study 2 years program which is business administration from 2016. Sep. intake

In this case, can I extend my study permit with current encrollment + new acceptance letter(new school+ new course) together?
