Study Permit Extension

Hello All,

I applied for the study permit extension for Canada one day before the expiration of my current study permit. Do you think that I can continue studying? I found two pieces of information on the website: one says “at least 30 days before expiry” and the other says “before the expiration of the current study permit.”


Anyone has previous experience applying for an extension less than 30 days before expiry and their extension was accepted?

If your application was submitted before expiry and date says so then on implied status and can continue studying. Remember IRCC uses UTC .
