Study permit extension

Please I need answers to a few questions, i applied for study permit extension around march and i got a mail today being the 24th day of June 2025. The text from the mail is being quoted below;

The official transcripts for all post-secondary studies in Canada to current date, including any incomplete or in-progress programs, as well as a copy of any diplomas or certificates completed in Canada. If you have more than one transcript to submit, you must upload them in a single file. Any gaps in studies must be clearly labelled and explained by way of accompanying explanation letter.

Now my question is, as someone who couldn’t complete the his study due to lack of funds to pay school fees and was later asked to withdraw, but later during last December I was able to clear the fee which I owe the school, but was later told I can’t get a transcript because the course already ended before I made payment. Can anything be done and what do you think I can upload to ircc for my study permit to be approved? Thanks I would be glad to hear from you all.

You provide the documents they ask for. So you weren't studying but on authorized leave? Include letter of authorized leave if not studying and you had to withdraw. If not studying then not allowed to work either because that is in violation of your study permit.

No one asks you to leave but you cannot work and you need authorized leave if you withdrew from school. Did school notify IRCC to say that you withdrew and cancel your permit. You need to provide the documents they asked for to be approved for study permit extension.

i’m not sure the school notified IRCC about me withdrawing from the program

You have to prove that you were a student with the documents IRCC asked for if you were not on authorized leave. If you were on authorized leave then you show proof that you didn't work because that is in violation of your study permit.
