Study permit extension

I submitted my study permit extension online on 13 May and still shows as submitted. Called the call Center and they just asked to wait. Is there anyone facing the same issue. How can I get the application processed. I submitted web forms multiple times but no luck.

Oh my , that's a long wait.
Applying just for yourself ?
Family ? Spouse ?

Are you changing programs ? Why are you extending ?

A lot of people who submitted in May , June got their approvals, I applied in July and got my eligibility passed.
Just confirmed that with the call center.

Hi applied for so extension because my earlier visa was valid till my passport expiry. I am not finishing in August and still waiting. My spouse has also applied for owp extension and that is also still pending. Not getting much help from IRCC call center
