Study permit extension

Hello,
I currently have two study permits. One is due September 2019 and used it to apply for another due 2020. But apparently i lost my second study permit which allows me to work and can’t get it back. I already applied for a replacement (Vos) i have been waiting. So i was wondering if it was possible to reapply with the first study permit for a new one

I don't think so .
You need a replacement since your permit is valid .

Wait for it , it takes a month .

If you check in your CIC account , for your Sep 2019 permit , does it say "Document is Valid or Invalid" ?

I don't think so .
You need a replacement since your permit is valid .
