Hi everyone,
I applied for my study permit extension July 21 (Online Application); My study permit expired August 25. i am currently under implied status;
I don't know why my study permit is taking too long; it says reviewing eligibility.
I guess it is because i clicked Yes to been arrested before.
Sometime Last year I was arrested; well I went in for questioning for Fraud under 5000. Long story short, My case has been withdrawn and i already requested my finger print to be removed which was approved and i got a letter saying they have removed it.
I have no conviction or Criminal record.
I don't know what to do....
Whether to send a letter of explanation along side evidence my fingerprint has been removed or just wait..

If you have been too any thing similar
Please help

Did you mention about this in LOE ?
Or submit proof that your case was withdrawn ?

I didnt submit any loe or proof my case was withdrawn.
I clicked Yes to the question on the immigration form and explained i have no criminal record, no conviction and my case has been withdrawn and my fingerprint has been removed. Do you think i should submit a loe and proof my case has been withdrawn?
If yes, how do i go about it now?

You will not qualify for a PGWP. PGWPs are issued based on continuous programs. You took an unscheduled break. It doesn't matter that you filled it with a different program.
