Study permit extension *URGENT*

Hello,
Seriously need help.

I joined centennial college in may 2011. Till Sept 2012. I have completed my 3 semester and was left with one more. But I was put in academic suspension. I try to convince college. But nothing went in my favour. And it was also too late to get admission in other college. Atlast I joined parkland college in ESL to show immigration that I was weak with my studies so I had join esl. And now after esl I got offer letter from parkland college in 1 year program starts from January 2013 to august 2013. But my study permit expires on march 2013.
What should I do?
And do I need to attach my old transcripts.

so u r suspended for how long?
once you are resumed with regular session ,you can apply for extension by showing the letter from your school that you need some more time to complete studies.

You will have to apply to extend your study permit and include your most recent transcripts(from Centennial College) and possibly those from your ESL class and proof of funds.

There is a possibility that CIC may think you are not a genuine student, reject the application and ask you to leave Canada. Therefore, it is important that you include a written explanation about why were on academic suspension, what you did to improve your situation(i.e. you took ESL classes?) and now you have been accepted to Parkland College.

About the post graduate work permit(PGWP) - if you complete the 1 year program at Parkland, you will probably be eligible for a 1 year work permit. The other semsters at Centennial won't count since you won't graduate from there. Perhaps, you could look into going back to Centennial instead so you can be eligible for a 2 or 3 year PGWP after completing the program.

Thanks a lot from reply. Yes I'm attaching centennial transcript , my admission and pass certificate for esl. My acceptance letter for new 1 year course from parkland and fees deposit slip of parkland college for my 1 semester of one new course.
For one more semester I'm showing $11500 loan from india for my education. And my dad n mom income tax return file

I'm also attaching a flying ticket back to india after my studies.

Can anyone tell me a good reason for bad academic standing? Which the immigration can accept.

And about the funds ?

And to show them that I will return after studies?

Provide the true reasons for suspension to CIC. If you lie and get caught, that is misrepresentation which results in a 2 year ban from Canada. There are plans to make it 5 years.

Right now, I think the biggest hurdle you face is satisfying the visa officer that you are a genuine student. While you were suspended, I hope you were not working with your off-campus work permit?

No I was not working.

Real story- I was bullied by 6-7 people in subway in November 2011. I told the subway driver to call police. But he was so slow to inform police as I was punched and hit. Which results in the escape of that people. After that I had a talk with the officer on cell. But no case was registered. In fear I moved far from college. I used to travel for 60 km for college in public transit. Which results in bad results. My total gpa for 3 sem is 1.4 [ 1st sem - 1.66 , 2nd sem - 1.42 and 3rd sem - 1.33 ] . But after suspension I asked college to stop the suspension by promising them to again stay in Scarborough near college. But they dint listen. I applied for Seneca , humber and lambton college for admission and credit transfer. As it was late , other college gave me only one day to submit fees. And it was impossible as all the fund was in my centennial account. So I was confused. I didn't waste time and moved to Saskatchewan in September. ( no gap ).

I think I can get a letter from parkland college stating that he was a good throughout the esl program.
I think can get a letter from the ttc driver ( signed) that I was bullied in front of him.
Can I get anything from police . But nothing was registered. I just had a talk with them.
What more I can do?

I never applied for work permit. Expenses was paid by parents.

Wow... so sorry you went through that. Well, just explain things as you have just done and if the driver is willing to provide a signed statement include it. This sounds like something that would affect anyone's studies especially if they are living in fear. Best wishes as you move forward with your life.

That should be good for one semester. Just gather everything and apply , see what happens.

You need only one letter from school which states that you are a full time registered student. No transcript required for study permit renewal.
