Seriously I have asked the same to immigration agents in cic.They said no.But it’s ok let’s see

No, but IRCC agent also told me you can apply on implied status along with letter of explanation , he said both applications are coming for processing in same place then you can apply .

I applied today yes I can work 40 hours per week

I last worked on 27 January , 28 January I got graduation letter and today I applied for work permit and then I will start work full time.

ya I asked from IRCC agent why my application is from 24 September still in processing , he said every application has individual timelines.
