My initial study permit is set to expire on 31 December 2023. Therefore my current SIN expires on this date.
I applied for a study permit extension in June. This was approved in July, and a physical copy was supposed to be sent to me. But this was never sent. I've raised 2 webforms but haven't received the physical document.
I won't be able to extend my SIN without physical document. My authorization to work under maintained status is valid only until a decision is made. Now, a decision is made but there is no document.
Will I still be eligible to work after 31 December if I don't receive the physical copy?
In a very bad fix, with no documentation about this anywhere in the internet. IRCC simply won't respond. Can someone please advise
