STUDY
Hello everyone. I applied for a study permit for a graduate program on June 30th, 2025, along with my spouse and two children.
Our biometrics were completed on July 6th, 2025. My two children and I passed our medical tests on August 18th, 2025. However, my wife had to retake her medical exam, and she finally passed it on November 14th, 2025.
Since her medical clearance, seven more months have passed without any update. I also submitted a web form a month ago but have yet to receive a meaningful response. To be honest, we are feeling incredibly frustrated as our lives are on hold.
Is there still any hope? Is there anything more that can be done from my end at this stage? Any advice or insights would be highly appreciated. Thank

What Masters program and start date with LOA? What country are you living in and is this your country of citizenship? Have you ordered GCMS notes to find out status?

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and applied for my Study Permit from here for the MBA program at UCW. My original LOA was for September 2025, but due to processing delays, I have deferred it, and the latest deferral letter I received is for July 2026. Regarding GCMS notes, I haven't ordered them yet as I didn't have a clear idea about the process, but I am planning to do so soon.

UCW is an issue because it is a scam school under heavy scrutiny by the government. It scams international students and only international students attend. Has a very bad reputation and no employer will hire UCW graduates or never had heard of it. Change school to UBC or SFU. Don't spend all that money showing $42k cash plus tuition.
