I moved from Ontario to Quebec and did DLI transfer from my IRCC account. I later on also called up IRCC
who confirmed the DLI transfer and advised me that I don't need an amended copy of study permit.
My question is : For PEQ in Quebec they are asking for copy of all study permits I held. Since I have the study permit with ON (for Ontario) on it I am worried that after DLI transfer I should be having the one with QC.
Is there any way I can ask IRCC for the amended copy of my study permit. They only issue one if it's lost/stolen and require a police report. I have been suggested to report it as lost/stolen and then ask for a replacement but I don't want to do that ethically speaking.
Has anyone faced similar situation and found a solution for it. Any members advice will be genuinely appreciated.
